  • All pad printing specifications and info can be found here. The design size is limited by the curve of the cup, so if you’re looking for a design to go all the way around the cup, IML might be the better option for you!  

  • .ai / vector pdf is needed to ensure a high quality print on your cups/dishes.

  • If all you have is a PNG file, we can convert it to a vector file for $30. Email us your file at hello@bettercup.com.au.

  • Vector images can be scaled infinitely without losing quality, whereas a png or jpeg file has a fixed resolution which can cause pixelisation when enlarging, like in the image below.

  • Give us a call on 1800 881 888 or email us ASAP with your logo in .ai / vector format and we will do our best to help!

    We can occasionally turn around custom printed cups quickly, depending on what else is being worked on at the time.

  • Yes we sure can! Send over whatever files you have and we can engage a designer at the below rates. This will need an additional 3 - 5 days to complete so be sure to advise us as soon as you know. Complexity and price will be confirmed with you before going ahead. 

    1. Basic file conversions / outlines $100 + GST.

    2. Colour changes, updates and multiple changes $150 + GST.

    3. Complete design service $POA depending on complexity.

  • Custom pad printing: Please allow for 3 - 4 weeks for a custom pad print design on any style of reusable cup plus shipping time. 

    For IML cups, a minimum of 6 weeks from design approval is required plus shipping time. Please note these lead times may be longer if we’re really busy and already making cups for other events, so get in touch as soon as possible!

  • We ship our cups Australia and New Zealand wide and use a business to business courier. We provide a quote to you based on your order size. Shipping to other countries is possible, send through your quote request and we can see what we can do! 

  • Absolutely! Just mention this in your quote request and we will waive the shipping fee.

    Orders can be picked up from our Keysborough factory between 9am - 3pm on business days, just give us a heads up the day before. 

  • Sure thing! We have an entire online shop dedicated to plain and unprinted cups.

    We ship the very next business day! 

  • Absolutely, bettercup has been helping events and venues with their reuse system since 2018. Whether it’s about return rates, signage, patron experience, how many reusable cups to order or anything else, we’ve got you! In your quote request, just pop in you’d like some help with your reuse system and we will get in touch to discuss further.

    IML:

    • Available on tumblers and tasters, MOQ 1000 cups

    All our packing has been designed to fit our cups and we are unable to make any changes to these quantities/sizes.
