Do I need to wash the reusable rental cups before returning them?

Nope! Just empty the cups of any unfinished drinks and pop them upright into the boxes the cups came in. We will take care of all the washing in our wash hub.

I don’t need a full box of rental reusable cups, can I order less than 1 full box?

No sorry, our MOQ for each cup type is:

Stemless: 108 cups.
Flutes: 88 cups.
Tumblers and tasters: 225 cups.
Dishes: 150 betterdishes.

All our packing has been designed to fit our cups and we are unable to make any changes to these quantities/sizes.

I’m in Melbourne, can I pick up and return my reusable rental cups to save on return shipping fees?

How does the rental cup deposit work?

The rental deposit is paid to secure your order, then once your cups are returned and counted, we will count the number of cups returned and refund your deposit less the cost of any lost cups.

It’s my first time implementing reusable cups and I’m not sure what to do, can you help me?

Absolutely, bettercup has been helping events and venues with their reuse system since 2018. How long can I hire the reusable cups for?

Our standard hire term is 7 days which covers the majority of events, but if you need reusable cups for longer, don’t worry!

We can extend the hire term at a reduced rate depending on length and quantity of reusable cups required. Just send us a rental cup quote request here with your dates and we will confirm the price for you.
